Please use our booking tool or call us to start the quote process. Our online booking tool will provide you with an accurate estimate. Once we receive your request, we will then call you to confirm your appointment date and time.

While standard cleaning is for cleanliness upkeep, deep cleaning is much more extensive than a standard weekly clean. Deep cleans involve a complete rubdown of surfaces and giving attention to the often neglected and hard-to-reach spots. Anything inside your home that can be reached with a stool will be hand-wiped.

We accept all types of payment. Most customers pay online before the cleaning takes place. We also have customers who like to pay right after the cleaning. No matter what, we can help.
We require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. We will place a hold on this card as your cleaning day approaches. You will only be charged after the cleaning is completed.

Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. In addition, all of our staff undergo background checks during the employment process.

We welcome hoarding cleanings but we require them to be booked as an hourly service. We charge $60 per hour per cleaner for the time it takes the cleaners to complete the cleaning.
If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment that is covered by our cleaning packages, our cleaning teams have the right to walk away. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $60 booking fee due to holding your space in our schedule.

It depends on the size of your home and what kind of cleaning you need. We will send between 1 - 4 cleaners.

Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when you book, and within that email, there will be a link where you can change your booking at any time. We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Same day cancellations will incur a $60 charge for holding a calendar slot.

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key or key code.
2. You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds once the cleaners have started the initial clean.
